2018-2023: From Concept to Realization
This five-year project evolved from a visionary concept into an awe-inspiring retreat, achieved through iterative phases of meticulous design and expansion.

Architectural & Design Highlights

• Local Essence: Incorporates local colors and materials, including specially treated concrete and an olive-shaded wood facade.
• Panoramic Amenities: Features a panorama infinity pool facing the lake, and a rooftop restaurant set amidst an Olive garden terrace.

Tourism Concept

• Target Audience: Aimed at adults seeking a secluded wellness retreat with lake views from every angle.
• Accommodation: Consists of around 60 luxury suites, each designed to meet the highest standards of comfort and elegance.
• Open All Year: Welcomes guests throughout the year, providing a season-independent wellness haven.

Connectivity

• Holistic Integration: All common spaces, including the panoramic top-floor restaurant with its Olive terrace and the ground-floor garden SPA, are centrally located in the main building. This ensures seamless connectivity to all suites.
