  • Quarry to Luxury: Built on a former marble quarry, the architecture respects and highlights the natural contours of the land.
  • Tuscan Influence: The main building draws inspiration from Tuscan Villas, blending classic elegance with modern luxury.

Tourism Concept

  • Holistic Wellness: Specializes in thermal cures, leveraging a natural thermal spring on-site that maintains a constant temperature of 50 degrees Celsius.
  • Accommodation: Offers approximately 100 luxury rooms, equipped to meet the most discerning standards.
  • Year-Round Haven: Open throughout the year to provide a perpetual sanctuary of wellness and relaxation.

Connectivity

  • Central Hub: The main building serves as the nexus for all common spaces, featuring a thermal pool fed directly from the on-site thermal spring.
  • Panoramic Dining: Includes a restaurant in the villa with a retractable roof, offering guests a dynamic dining experience.
